It is not clear what RDM is... Here are some clues:

Introduction
The histology file was stored using internal arrays by RDM. We sent the file to a consultant, Gary VanSant, who translated them to ASCII format without the array. We now have fixed format records with fields for 7
snomed topography codes and 7 snomed diagnosis codes. Gary sent us a compressed file: CHUCK.ZIP. It contains a data file and a documentation file.
The data file is called HISTEST.ASC, and two copies were placed on optical disk
